BUD & VICKI CURRY
Vicki and I were married on July 14, 1973 while I was serving in the US Navy. She had just graduated from high school, and begin working in the banking business, where she is still presently employed. God gave us two girls, who blessed us with five grandsons.
Our growth in Christ broke surface in 1983. Terry and Sheila Greenaway invited us to Evangel Baptist Church. We both accepted the Lord at our home during a pastor visitation on Valentines Day 1983. We were baptized shortly thereafter. Excited to be adopted into the Family of God, we volunteered for the AWANA in the Sparks program. In 1985-1987 I taught Sunday school for Career and College. I served as a deacon till we left EBC.
We started attending Calvary Bible Church in March of 1987. Vicki and I became involved with the Youth program, Christian Service Brigade and Explorer Girls. In 1998 we took on the responsibilities of church custodians till 2004. During this period I acted as Sunday School administrator for the Adult Bible classes. In the fall of 2005 we both started in the new AWANA program at CBC and still participating. I became a deacon 2006-2007, were I served on the finance board till the inception of the Elder Board. I am presently the ABF leader in Berean class. I am continually amazed by God’s Grace to be part of His family. Standing and giving Biblical answers for my faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, Bud.

KELLEY & DEB YETTER
Kelley graduated from Lewistown High School in 1978. He then attended Grove City College, played football for GCC and finished the requirements for a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, graduating from GCC in 1982.
Kelley got saved in 1980, through the prayers and actions of his parents. He met Debbie in church in Lewistown and he knew she was the one. They were married in 1982, after graduation from GCC.
Kelley and Debbie have 3 children, Chris, Abi and Mandi. All the children are married. Chris to Kate, Abi to Jared, and Mandi to Luis. We have 3 grandchildren, Chris and Kate’s, Winston and Landon; and Abi and Jared’s, Ajax.
After Kelley and Debbie were married, Kelley went to work for Westinghouse. He worked in Las Vegas, Nevada; Vallejo, California and Baltimore, Maryland. After 9 years, we moved back to PA, Lewistown and worked for Krautkramer, Agfa and GE, for 24 years.
We have been active in all the churches they have attended, from nursery duty to teaching to deacon to elder. We continue to serve as the Lord enables. All praise and glory to our Lord Jesus Christ.
BOB & SHERRIE MARSH
Bob and Sherrie Marsh have been members of Calvary Bible Church since July 2005. They were high school sweethearts and have been married for 29 years. They have two adult children.
Bob served 20 years in the Navy and retired in 2004. He served our community by working at the Juniata Valley YMCA for over 10 years and currently works at Dan Pierce Outdoor Shop. Sherrie works at Lewistown Hospital.
Both Bob and Sherrie have the spiritual gift of service. They enjoy serving in various ministries. Together they enjoy serving in the Children’s Ministry Program, including Bible Explosion, AWANA and Vacation Bible School. They also enjoy helping with the Food Box Ministry and the Helping Hands Ministry. Sherrie also helps with the check-in computer program that promotes the safety of our children. Bob also serves as an Elder, Lifegroup Leader and as part of the maintenance and grounds team. As a couple, they enjoy kayaking and hiking together and are looking forward to becoming loving and active grandparents someday. They both love the Lord and desire to serve Him and bring glory to Him in all they do.
STU & MICHELLE HESS
Our family has been attending Calvary Bible Church since 2010. We live in Lewistown and we are happily married since 1987. We have three children, Meredith, Austin and Kristin. Stu has been an Elder since 2012. Michelle serves on the Praise Team. Our favorite Bible passage is 1Corinthians 13:4-7, “4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”
